Our customer is fast grown FinTech startup in the loan management domain operating in EU. We are at the beginning of the long-term journey to build a loan management system. We are looking for an Application Engineer who will join the team to configure Contact Center as a Service in several European countries. You will be part of a geographically distributed team that works in the multinational European environment.
Elaborate on the requirements with business users and analysts;
The application configuration campaigns, users allocation, roles, dialer rules etc.
2 to 4 years of experience in Telephony, Networking, SIP, VoIP applications;
