  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Telephony, Networking, SIP, VoIP applications;
  • Experience in Dialer software, VOIP, SIP, E1, Asterisk, Altitude Dialer, 3CX;
Project Overview
Our customer is fast grown FinTech startup in the loan management domain operating in EU. We are at the beginning of the long-term journey to build a loan management system.
We are looking for an Application Engineer who will join the team to configure Contact Center as a Service in several European countries. You will be part of a geographically distributed team that works in the multinational European environment.
Responsibilities
  • Elaborate on the requirements with business users and analysts;
  • The application configuration campaigns, users allocation, roles, dialer rules etc.
Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Telephony, Networking, SIP, VoIP applications;
  • Experience in Dialer software, VOIP, SIP, E1, Asterisk, Altitude Dialer, 3CX;
  • Hands-on experience on configuration Contact / Call Centre Solution,Dialer,ACD,IVR,Voice Recording / logger;
  • Experience in implementing, maintaining, and configuring Asterisk or any other Dialer systems;
  • Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust focus and workflow based on changing deadlines and needs;
  • Upper-intermediate English level is a must.
